Primeway Home Solutions covers Ampthill and the wider Bedfordshire area, fitting loft boarding, insulation, ladders, hatches, lighting, shelving and balustrades. These tend to be booked together rather than one at a time, because a boarded loft is only as useful as the access and the lighting that go with it.
If you are boarding over insulation that is already in place, its depth matters. Insulation is usually laid deeper than the joists, so boarding straight onto the joists squashes it and reduces how well it works. Raised loft boarding lifts the floor above the insulation so it keeps its full depth, and that is how we board a loft in Ampthill as standard.
We work across Ampthill and the surrounding MK45 area, including Flitwick, Maulden, Clophill, Houghton Conquest, Wilstead, Stewartby. If you are just outside that list it is still worth asking, because the Bedfordshire team covers the villages in between as well.
Every job starts with a free loft survey, so you get a quote before any work begins. Call 01525 604 130 to reach the team covering Ampthill.
